A Tip for Job Seekers

Organizations have websites. It’s amazing how much you can learn about an organization from its website. It’s even more amazing how easy it is to take what you’ve learned about an organization from its website and incorporate it into what you send to the organization when applying for a position there. So easy, in fact, that when you incorporate nothing, and send something completely generic instead, your chances diminish.
