Making People Happy

Associations Now is always an interesting read, but this month’s article “Are Your Exhibitors Happy?” (along with its sidebar, “Do you want people to exhibit or don’t you?”) is one of the best articles they’ve run in years.

Kevin, thank you so much for the kind words! I’ll be sure to pass them along to both of those authors. (The fun part about that article is that the two came in independently; the main article was already in production when the author of the sidebar contacted me. But I felt they ended up complimenting each other really well.)

Kevin, I want to add my thanks. We surveyed members for responses and the result was the article. When Lisa added the sidebar from a different author, it made everything said more important. The exhibitors are customers and should be heeded. They’ll tell you what they need if, and only if, you’re willing to listen.

Thanks again for adding the article to your blog!
