		<description>Paper ballots have always posed problems in counting.  There is too great a liklihood that  ballots will be marked incorrectly or illegally.

Voting machines are better for voters but are very susceptible to election fraud in the reading and recording of votes.

Video screens are better (that&#039;s how I voted) but the devices sometimes don&#039;t function and election judges don&#039;t always know how to work them.  Also, some elderly and disabled people can&#039;t discern images on the screen.

Whatever method is used, voting should ALWAYS be in person at a polling place where voter identity can be verified and multiple voting prevented.</description>
