		<description>What&#039;s cool  is to see some associations taking this very solid advice - one is a chapter of IFMA which is reaching deeper to provide direct (and new) programming for young professionals to assure that they can sharpen business skills necessary to stay employable.

Your comment on risks triggered at idea I think I&#039;ll pose - switch  out the annual awards program for chapters to include one that rewards gutsy risks that provided a lesson.</description>
