  I get a kick out of Lisa's case studies and get the impression she enjoys writing them. I think she should go whole hog and start writing an association soap opera. She could call it something like "Guiding Bylaws" or "One Meeting to Endure." Or "General Consensus."

  Judith Lindenau ostensibly writes specifically about realtor associations, but really she's a must-read for association execs of all stripes. Delightfully straightforward. This is a fantastic post on meaningful evaluation of association programs.
