		<description>Totally agree that you can give your members what they need in a way that they want it.  This point seems to get lost in the debate.  Where do you stand on the whole debate that looking at web and email data skews your thinking towards the wired members, and not the average members?  Couldn&#039;t you wind up believing what you think members need is actually what the geeks need?  You obviously can&#039;t get open rates on letters and magazines, and there&#039;s no such thing as a click through in that arena.</description>
