What TypePad Should Have Done: Raise its prices. Considerably. And invest in infrastructure. Want to be viewed as premiere in your field? Then you have to fulfill your promises. And charge accordingly.

I think Fred commented in your last TP snafu post that Mena will probably apologize again (frankly don’t much care to look and see). Does it really even matter if an apology is issued at this point? I gave TypePad a pass with the last major problem. But too many problems tend to pile up…I think its time to see the light and pull a “Kevin”
