The Long and Short of It

A very enlightening conversation going on over at copywriting guru Bob Bly’s blog on the merits of "long-form" direct mail letters vs. "short-form." Personally, when it comes to direct mail (especially for association membership), I almost always prefer longer letters and have historically found that they pull better — but like everything else, it depends.
